摘要: 社会工作实务教育要求培养更具创新性、适应性和专业性的社会工作专业人才。参与式教学方法因其强调学生的主体性地位、积极参与、互动合作和实践应用等内容，对社会工作实务教育有其独特优势和实践价值，引导学生主动参与学习全过程、创设民主安全的学习氛围、以游戏教学法推动小组合作学习等路径，是打造“以学生为中心”，推进学生参与，人人成长的“参与式”课堂，提升参与式方法在社会工作实务教学中的应用路径。

Abstract: Social work practice education requires the cultivation of more innovative, adaptable and professional social work professionals. The participatory teaching method has its unique advantages and practical value for social work practice education because of its emphasis on students’ subjective status, active participation, interactive cooperation, practical application, etc. Guiding students to actively participate in the whole process of learning, creating a democratic and safe learning atmosphere, and promoting cooperative learning in groups by game teaching method are the paths to create a “student-centered”, “participatory” classroom that promotes student participation and growth for all, and to enhance the application of participatory methods in the teaching of social work practice.
