顺应论视角下TED演讲人称指示语非常规用法

On the Study of Unconventional Use of Person Deixis in TED Talks from the Perspective of Adaptation Theory

摘要: “指示”，作为语用学研究的重要课题之一，它直接反映了语言结构与语境的密切关系，在人类的语言发展过程中起着至关重要的作用。人称指示语作为指示语结构中最重要的组成部分，一直以来都备受学术界的关注。本研究以TED演讲中的人称指示语为研究对象，以Verschueren的语言顺应论为理论基础，对TED演讲中人称指示语的一些非常规用法进行阐释，指出这些人称指示语的用法是对交际者物理世界，心理世界以及社交世界的顺应。本研究从语境出发对人称指示语进行研究补充了语义学不可能涉及的方面，并且人称指示语作为语用学的一个重要议题，对其进行研究可以丰富语用学的研究内容。人称指示语作为一种重要的语言策略，探究其在演讲中的运用也可以为演讲者和听众提供借鉴。

Abstract: Deixis, as one of the most important topics in pragmatics, directly reflects the close relationship between language structure and context, and plays a crucial role in the development of human language. As the most important part of deixis structure, person deixis has been paid much attention by the academic community. Based on Verschueren’s linguistic adaptation theory, this study takes the person deixis in TED talks as the research object, and explains some unconventional uses of the person deixis in TED talks, pointing out that these uses are adapted to the communicator’s physical world, mental world and social world. The study of person deixis from the perspective of context complements the aspects that semantics cannot cover. Moreover, as an important issue in pragmatics, the study of person deixis can enrich the research content of pragmatics. As an important language strategy, the study of the person deixis in speech can also provide reference for speakers and hearers.
