产教融合背景下高职院校新型教研室的建设举措
An Analysis of the Construction Measures of New-Type Teaching and Research Rooms in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industry-Education Integration
摘要: 教研室作为高职院校教学工作中最基层的一级组织,承担着教学管理、课程专业设置、科研建设等工作职责。本文旨在探讨高职院校新型教研室在产教融合大背景下的建设举措,首先分析了产教融合对新型教研室建设的影响,随后提出了新型教研室的内涵与功能,最后提出了新型教研室的具体实现路径,包括组织机构的优化、管理机制的创新升级、教师队伍的进一步改革建设等策略。
Abstract: The teaching and research room is the lowest-level organizational unit in the teaching work of higher vocational colleges, and it bears the responsibilities of teaching management, curriculum and major setting, scientific research construction, etc. This paper aims to discuss the construction measures of new-type teaching and research rooms in higher vocational colleges under the background of industry-education integration. Firstly, the impact of industry-education integration on the construction of new-type teaching and research rooms is analyzed. Then, the connotation and function of new-type teaching and research rooms are proposed. Finally, the specific realization path of new-type teaching and research rooms is proposed, including the optimization of organizational structure, the innovation and upgrading of management mechanism, and the further reform and construction of the teacher team.
