摘要: 本科教学评估是教育部常态化的监测和督促高校提升本科教学质量的重要手段。即“以评促建、以评促改、以评促管”，教学督导在这个过程中，通过教学科研引领、专业建设指导和决策咨询，起着非常重要的监督、检查和引领、指导作用。

Abstract: Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation is an important means for the Ministry of Education to monitor and urge colleges and universities to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching. That is, “Promote Construction by Evaluation, Reform by Evaluation, and Management by Evaluation”. In this process, Supervision plays a very important role in inspection and guidance through teaching and research guidance, professional construction guidance and decision-making consultation.
