经济市场中的网络虚拟产品属性浅析
An Analysis of the Attributes of Online Virtual Products in Economic Markets
摘要: 网络虚拟产品作为一个规模与实体商品相当的消费对象,我们应当对它们的本质有更深刻的思考。从马克思对商品的定义来看,网络虚拟产品完全可以称之为虚拟商品,但是无论是从物权的角度还是从知识产权的角度都难以完整地界定网络虚拟产品的财产属性。要想规范网络虚拟产品市场必须重新对其本质属性进行审视。
Abstract: As a consumer object with a scale comparable to that of physical commodities, we should think more deeply about the nature of network virtual products. From the point of view of Marx’s definition of commodities, network virtual products can be completely called virtual commodities, but it is difficult to completely define the property attributes of network virtual products both from the perspective of property rights and from the perspective of intellectual property rights. To regulate the network virtual products market must re-examine its essential properties.
