军事职业教育音频课程品控体系研究

Research on Quality Control System of Military Continuing Education Audio Courses

摘要: 军事职业教育音频课程有利于官兵开展全员全时全域的泛在学习。借鉴军地音频课程建设的实践经验，结合我军军事职业教育实际，本文在提出军事职业教育音频课程建设基本流程的基础上，聚焦提升课程的适用性、有效性、趣味性和专业性，按照确立建设目标、构建知识体系、设计课程脚本和录制课程音频四个建设流程构建了品控体系，以期为军事职业教育音频课程规范化建设提供参考。

Abstract: Military continuing education audio courses benefit officers and soldiers by allowing them to carry out all-time and all-around ubiquitous learning. Drawing on practical experience in the construction of audio courses for both military and civilian sectors and combining the practical experience of military continuing education, this paper proposes the basic construction process of military continuing education audio courses. Focusing on enhancing the suitability, effectiveness, interest, and professionalism of the courses, this paper establishes a quality control system by following the four construction processes: setting construction goals, building knowledge systems, designing course scripts, and recording course audio. This paper will provide a reference for the standardized construction of military continuing education audio courses.
