    摘要: 使仪式落地是现时代企业文化建设的重要内容之一。本文从概念、分类及作用三方面对企业仪式的研究现状进行了简单介绍,提出由于企业缺乏对仪式理论及重要性的认识、忽略将仪式与企业文化结合,企业仪式难以落地的现实问题,因此建议在使仪式落地过程中学习优秀企业示范,做好设计;提升思想重视,做到细处;紧扣企业文化,形成体系。 Fulfilment of organizational rituals is a critical part of contemporary organization’s cultural con-struction. This essay demonstrates a brief introduction about current situation of organizational rituals in terms of concept, classification and effect. It puts forward several practical problems, including lack of knowledge of organizational rituals and ignoring of combination of rituals and organizational culture. Therefore, it’s a need to learn from brilliant organizations in practice, im-proving rituals design; attach and enhance importance and pay attention to details, sticking to organizational culture and forming ritual system.
