本文综述茶的化学成分、药理作用进展。茶对心脑血管、呼吸系统、免疫系统、抗癌、抗辐射、抗氧化等具有显著的药理作用;茶富含茶多酚、茶多糖、茶色素、蛋白质和氨基酸、碳水化合物、矿物质等化学成分,这些化合物与上述的药理作用密切相关。
The paper summarizes the research progress on the main chemical components and the pharmacological action of tea. Tea has significant pharmacological action on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, respiratory system, immune system, anti-cancer, anti-radiation, anti-oxidation and so on. Tea is rich in tea polyphenols, tea polysaccharide, tea pigment, protein and aminoacids, carbohydrades, minerals and other chemical components. These compounds are closely related to the above the pharmacological action.
