摘要: 根据我国一次能源基地与能源需求地区呈远距离逆向分布的特点和未来大规模西电东送、北电南送的电力流格局,研究提出实现大规模、高效率、远距离输电的特高压交直流输电方案,优选出能够满足我国经济社会健康可持续发展要求的国家电网发展模式和＂三华＂（华北—华中—华东）主网架规划方案。
