摘要: 以往应用N-1准则时,多数是从电网动态和静态稳定性出发的,而对N-1的类型、设备类型及时效性方面考虑较少.文章对电网中涉及N-1状况的分类、时效性及各类设备发生N-1的特点进行了分析,并针对电网发电侧、输变电侧及用户侧应用N-1的适用性原则提出了建议.
