本文采用共沉淀法制备了尖晶石型Li1.15Mn2-xNixO4作为锂离子电池的正极材料,通过加入不同含量的镍对材料进行了掺杂改性研究;用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了材料的晶体结构和微观形貌,充放电循环实验对材料的电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明:Li1.15Mn1.9Ni0.1O4正极材料具有最好的电化学性能,常温下,以0.1 C充放电首次放电容量及26个循环后的容量保持率分别为115.9 mAh·g−1,85%。In this work, spinel Li1.15Mn2−xNixO4 cathode material for lithium ion battery was prepared by a coprecipita- tion method, and the material was modified by doping different contents of Ni. The crystal structure was determined from the X-ray diffraction pattern, and the morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The electro- chemical properties of the product were studied by galvanostatic charge-discharge measurement. The results showed that Li1.15Mn2−xNixO4 displayed better electrochemical property. Its initial discharge specific capacity was 115.9 mAh·g−1 at the room temperature and the specific capacity retention ratio was 85% after 26 cycles at a rate of 0.1 C.
