随着我国人口老龄化的不断加剧及传统家庭养老模式的渐趋弱化，如何养老成为日益突出的社会问题。国外发达国家的经验告诉我们合理的长期照护体系是应对老龄化的关键所在。为了了解我国长期照护的现状，更好地为老年人提供照护服务，本文通过文献回顾的方法，分析了我国长期照护的现状，并提出了一些相应的建议，以期得到相关部门的重视，为解决我国人口老龄化提供参考。
In China, with the intensification of population aging and the weakening of traditional home-based aged care, how to better the aged care has become an increasingly prominent social issue. Successful experiences on aged care in developed countries have proven that a reasonable system of long-term care is essential for solving problems related to population aging. In order to have a profound understanding of the population aging in China, and to better the care of elders, we analyzed the situation of long-term aged care, and raised some propositions, ultimately meaning to obtain the attentions from related governmental departments, and provided some clues for them in dealing with problems occurring with population aging.
