本研究主要目的在介绍性侵害加害人于台湾治疗处遇之发展历程，以及探讨在小区监控与处遇上治疗工作者面临的困境与反思。自公元1994年立法院始仿效国外立法，认定性侵害加害人应执行心理治疗处遇，之后经过多次修订后，其治疗模式大致底定。本文即在介绍小区处遇模式以及治疗人员于此模式中面临的困境、因应与反思，希望以协助此领域实务工作者于工作中之参考与应用。
The main purpose of this article was to
explore the current policy and program of the community-based treatment for
sexual offenders in Taiwan. Discussing the difficulties and reflections of
community-based treatment professionals were facing with. Since AD 1994
Legislature beginning to emulate foreign law, identified sexual offenders
should be take psychotherapy. After several amendments, the model of
community-based treatment basically settled. This article introduced what kind
of difficulties and coping as professionals in community-based treatment and
provided suggestions for the future development of treatment for sexual
offenders.
