国家工业遗产保护与文体旅融合活化路径研究——以易门铜矿为例

Research on the Pathways for Integrated Revitalization of National Industrial Heritage through Culture-Sports-Tourism Convergence—A Case Study of the Yimen Copper Mine

摘要: 本文聚焦国家工业遗产保护与文体旅融合的协同机制，以易门铜矿为例，系统考察其活化路径。研究基于三方面实证分析：一是梳理9项核心物项的保存现状与再利用适宜性；二是结合2014~2024年经济与旅游数据，揭示工业遗产认定(2020年)后文旅韧性复苏特征；三是回溯国家–省–县三级政策演进与投入保障，肯定制度赋能成效。研究表明，工业遗产活化需超越单点开发，走向“安全评估–记忆阐释–区域联动–多元共治”的系统路径，为资源枯竭型地区探索文化传承、生态修复与产业振兴协同推进提供有益参考。

Abstract: This article investigates the synergistic mechanisms between the preservation of National Industrial Heritage and its integrated revitalization through cultural, sports, and tourism initiatives. Taking the Yimen Copper Mine as a paradigmatic case, the research conducts a systematic examination of its activation pathways. The empirical analysis rests on three pillars: first, an evaluation of the preservation status and adaptive reuse potential of nine core material heritage components; second, an analysis of local economic and tourism data (2014~2024), which reveals a trajectory of resilient recovery in the cultural tourism sector following the site’s official heritage designation in 2020; and third, a policy review tracing the evolving institutional support and financial investments from the national, provincial, and county levels. The findings demonstrate that effective industrial heritage revitalization must transcend standalone redevelopment projects. Instead, it necessitates a holistic framework integrating “safety assessment, memory interpretation, regional linkage, and collaborative governance”. This study offers a significant reference for resource-depleted regions aiming to synchronize cultural continuity, ecological remediation, and industrial transformation.
