环糊精金属有机框架聚乳酸共混膜的制备及葡萄的保鲜应用
Preparation of Cyclodextrin Metal-Organic Framework Poly (Lactic Acid) Co-Blended Film and Its Application in Grape Preservation
摘要: 本研究以聚乳酸为基材,通过浇铸法制备了环糊精金属有机框架(γ-CD-MOFs)聚乳酸复合共混膜。扫描电子显微镜显示材料具有多孔结构,力学测试表明少量γ-CD-MOFs (如5 wt%)对薄膜的抗拉伸强度和断裂伸长率影响较小。葡萄保鲜实验表明,负载薄荷醇的γ-CD-MOFs/聚乳酸膜对葡萄的失重与腐败有明显抑制作用,在保鲜应用中,该膜包装“阳光青提”葡萄可使失重率降低45.3%,有效延长贮藏期。
Abstract: In this study, cyclodextrin metal-organic frameworks (γ-CD-MOFs) polylactic acid composite co-blended films were prepared by the casting method using polylactic acid as the substrate. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the material had a porous structure, and mechanical tests indicated that small amounts of γ-CD-MOFs (e.g., 5 wt%) had a small effect on the tensile strength and elongation at break of the films. The grape preservation experiments showed that the menthol-loaded γ-CD-MOFs/polylactic acid film had an obvious inhibiting effect on the weight loss and rotting of grapes, and in the preservation application, the film could reduce the weight loss rate of the “Sunshine Green Seedless” grapes by 45.3%, which could effectively prolong the storage period.
