黄芪多糖提取工艺及其体外抗氧化活性研究
An Investigation into the Extraction Process and Antioxidant Activity in Vitro of Astragalus Polysaccharides
摘要: 以黄芪为原料,乙醇为溶剂,在单因素试验基础上通过正交试验对黄芪多糖提取工艺进行优化,并对黄芪多糖抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1:40 g/mL,乙醇浓度40%,提取温度50℃,在此条件下黄芪多糖提取率为21.13%。黄芪多糖对DPPH、ABTS和羟基自由基具有一定的自由基清除能力,其半抑制浓度IC
50分别为0.662、0.813和1.116 mg/mL。
Abstract: Using astragalus as the raw material and ethanol as the solvent, the extraction process of astragalus polysaccharides was optimized through orthogonal tests based on single-factor experiments, and the antioxidant activity of the polysaccharides was investigated. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:40 g/mL, ethanol concentration of 40%, and extraction temperature of 50˚C. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of astragalus polysaccharides reached 21.13%. The polysaccharides exhibited certain free radical scavenging abilities against DPPH, ABTS, and hydroxyl radicals, with half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) values of 0.662, 0.813, and 1.116 mg/mL, respectively.
