Analysis of Development Pathways for Recreational Fisheries and Marine Agriculture in Coastal Regions from the Perspective of Industrial Integration

摘要: 在全球经济发展、海洋生态压力加剧及传统渔业转型需求凸显的背景下，休闲渔业与海洋农业融合发展 成为沿海地区实现产业升级、生态保护与乡村振兴协同推进的重要路径。为破解发展困境，本文提出应 从科学制定产业规划、完善政策扶持体系、强化基础设施建设、加强人才培养与技术创新、拓展市场开 发与品牌塑造等方面构建系统性对策，推动休闲渔业与海洋农业深度融合，实现沿海地区海洋经济的可 持续发展与综合效益最大化。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of global economic development, intensifying marine ecological pressures, and the growing need for the transformation of traditional fisheries, the integrated development of recreational fisheries and marine agriculture has emerged as a crucial pathway for coastal regions to achieve coordinated industrial upgrading, ecological conservation, and rural revitalization. To address developmental challenges, this paper proposes a systematic approach that includes scientifically formulating industrial plans, improving policy support systems, strengthening infrastructure construction, enhancing talent cultivation and technological innovation, and expanding market development and brand building. These measures aim to promote the deep integration of recreational fisheries and marine agriculture, ensuring the sustainable development of the coastal marine economy and maximizing comprehensive benefits.
