文旅融合视域下石钢工业遗址公园发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Shigang Industrial Heritage Park from the Perspective of Cultural and Tourism Integration

摘要: 由20世纪90年代至今，跟着我国产业结构和城市化的飞速进步，许多的废弃的工业建筑和工业遗址出现在城市里。珍贵的经济价值和文化价值深深体现在这些工业遗存，这些是城市特色文化建设不可或缺的资源。工业遗产被视为人类文明和历史进步的印证，饱含着丰富的文化传承和历史文化，以其独特的旅游价值逐渐成为热门旅游目的地，同时因为国家多项政策的支持，也给工业遗产旅游带来新的发展机遇。石家庄虽然是华北地区有份量的工业基地，具有丰富的工业遗址资源，但在文旅融合发展中仍面临保护与开发失衡、文化表达浅表化、治理不完善等问题。本文采用文献分析法与案例研究法，系统梳理了石钢工业遗址公园文旅融合的发展现状，剖析其存在的核心问题，并结合国内外成功经验，提出“保护优先、文化赋能、多元协同、交流学习、品牌营销”的创新发展路径，给石钢工业遗址公园的发展提供理论基础与实践指引。

Abstract: Since the 1990s, with the rapid progress of China’s industrial structure and urbanization, a large number of abandoned industrial buildings and industrial sites have appeared in cities. These industrial heritage sites embody profound economic and cultural values and are indispensable resources for the construction of urban characteristic culture. Regarded as a testimony to human civilization and historical progress, industrial heritage is rich in cultural inheritance and historical context. With its unique tourism value, it has gradually become a popular tourist destination. Meanwhile, supported by a number of national policies, it has also brought new development opportunities for industrial heritage tourism. Although Shijiazhuang is an important industrial base in North China with abundant industrial site resources, it still faces problems such as unbalanced protection and development, superficial cultural expression, and imperfect governance in the integrated development of culture and tourism. This paper adopts literature analysis and case study methods to systematically sort out the current situation of the integrated development of culture and tourism in Shigang Industrial Heritage Park, analyze its core existing problems, and put forward an innovative development path of “protection first, cultural empowerment, multi-stakeholder collaboration, exchange and learning, and brand marketing” combined with successful experiences at home and abroad, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of Shigang Industrial Heritage Park.
