陕西省土地整治推动统筹城乡发展模式研究
Research on the Pattern of Land Consolidation and Improvement Promoting Balancing Urban-Rural Development in Shaanxi
摘要:
为了促进土地整治的有效实施，落实及发挥土地整治对统筹城乡发展的平台作用，论文运用实地调查和综合分析法，在土地整治综合分区的基础上，开展陕西省土地整治推动统筹城乡发展的模式研究，研究结果表明陕西省共有8种土地整治推动统筹城乡发展模式，各模式均有其适用范围、条件和具体措施。研究结果可为促进土地整治的顺利开展与有效实施，实现区域统筹城乡发展提供依据。
Abstract:
To promote the effective implementation of land consolidation, and implement the platform to play a role of land consolidation in urban and rural development, field survey and comprehensive analysis are used to study on the pattern of land consolidation and improvement promoting balancing urban-rural development in Shaanxi with the basis of comprehensive regionalization of land consolidation. The results show that there are 8 kinds of land remediation mode about promoting urban and rural development in Shaanxi Province; the model has its applicable scope, conditions and measures. The research results can provide basis for promoting the smooth development and effective implementation of land consolidation and realizing the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
