城乡结合区域个人土地权属纠纷的调处对策

Mediation of Individual Land Ownership Disputes in Urban and Rural Areas

摘要: 农村集体土地权属纠纷是我国农村三大纠纷中数量最多、爆发最频、调处最难的纠纷。当前城乡结合区域土地权属纠纷问题日益增多，已经成为城镇化发展的热点问题，本文在实地调查和资料查询研究的基础上，总结出城乡结合地区个人土地权属纠纷存在五种主要类型，分析了土地权属纠纷的成因，提出了处理土地权纠纷的适用对策，为当前乡村振兴战略提供了解决城郊结合部土地纠纷的参考建议。

Abstract: The disputes over the ownership of rural collective land are the most numerous disputes, the most frequent disputes and the most difficult disputes in the three major disputes in rural China [1]. In view of the increasing number of land ownership disputes in urban and rural areas, it has become a hot issue in the development of urbanization. On the basis of field investigation and data inquiry, this paper summarizes five main types of land ownership disputes in urban and rural areas, and analyzes the causes of land ownership disputes. The countermeasures for dealing with disputes over land rights are provided for the Current Rural Revitalization Strategy.
