浅析临沂市农村宅基地管理工作

A Brief Analysis of Rural Homestead Management in Linyi

摘要: 农村宅基地涉及群众切身利益，影响农村社会稳定，是各地普遍存在的管理难题。为有效破解这一难题，近年来，临沂市利用国土资源部基层联系点的优势，积极争取开展农村宅基地使用制度改革试点，化解农村住房用地供需矛盾，缓解农村违法用地执法压力。但是，工作中也遇到了一些困难和问题，需要作进一步的深入思考与不断探索。本文对临沂市农村宅基地管理现状进行分析，查找存在的问题，剖析产成的原因，并提出相应的对策和建议。

Abstract: The rural homestead involves the people’s vital interests and affects the rural social stability, which is a common management problem. In order to effectively solve this problem, in recent years, Linyi city has taken advantages of the grassroots contact point of Ministry of Land and Resources to actively carry out the rural homestead use system reform pilot, resolve the contradiction between the supply and demand of rural housing land, and alleviate the pressure of law enforcement on rural illegal land. However, some difficulties and problems are encountered in the work, which require further in-depth thinking and continuous exploration. This paper analyzes the present situation of rural homestead management in Linyi city, finds out the existing problems, analyzes the causes of production, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
