城市建设用地适宜性评价——以胡埭镇为例

摘要: 本文在GIS技术的支撑下，对江苏省胡埭镇进行城市建设用地适宜性评价。构建与胡埭镇相符的评价体系，选取自然和社会经济两方面的评价因子，运用层次分析法确定各评价因子的权重，对建设用地适宜性进行评价。根据最后分值，将建设用地划分为不适宜建设用地、勉强适宜建设用地、一般适宜建设用地、比较适宜建设用地和适宜建设用地五种类型。城市建设用地适宜性评价进一步丰富地区土地适宜性评价体系，为地区的城市土地的可持续利用、合理规划提供依据。
Abstract: Under the support of GIS technology, this paper evaluates the suitability of urban construction land in Hudai town in Jiangsu province. It constructs the evaluation system in line with Hudai Town, selects the evaluation factors of natural and social economy, uses AHP to determine the weight of each evaluation factor, and evaluates the suitability of construction land. According to the final score, the construction land is divided into five types of unsuitable construction land, barely suitable for construction land, general suitable for construction land, more suitable construction land and suitable construction land. The suitability evaluation of urban construction land further enriches the evaluation system of soil suitability in the area, which provides the basis for the sustainable utilization and rational planning of urban land in the region.
