摘要: 以农用地转用和土地征收为核心的建设用地审查报批是国土资源管理工作的重要组成部分,对合理 利用土地,实施土地用途管制,保护耕地发挥着极其重要的作用。本文结合国土资源信息化建设现状,阐述了武汉市建设用地报批管理信息系统建设的重要性和工作 目标,介绍了系统总体设计、数据库设计以及系统实现的关键功能、主要特点和应用模式。
