Abstract:

Cow milk allergy is the most common form of infant food allergy, goat’s milk may be a substitute of cow milk, but goat’s milk for the safety of cow milk allergy patients remains controversial. The purpose of this paper is to review the several characteristics in digestion and absorption, immunity and allergy aspects of goat milk.
